Do you have a store I can visit?
We do not have a showroom. Not having a retail store allows us to offer a greater selection at competitive prices.


When will my order ship?
Your order is custom made for you and will ship within 10 days by Fedex with door to door tracking.


What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard and payments via Paypal. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to p rovide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

What is your return policy?

Your purchase may be returned for a refund or credit within 14 days of receipt. Items must be received in the same condition as sent. Please make sure to pack your return well and add insurance as we can not be responsible for lost/damaged shipments that are returned to us.

Please contact us if you are returning an item for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return center address.
